Steve Week 1: Mashed Potatoes and Peanut Butter

I have only one rule in life: Complete and Total Domination.
Current status:
Chest: significantly smaller than yesterday cause i trimmed.
Waist: 31-32. It varies daily.
Legs: big
Calves: not big enough
Weight: 155lbs

Goals: Legs need to be as big as my waist.

Exercise Goals:
-80 miles/week on the bike
-10-15 miles/week running
-500 pushups and situps/week
-not eat tons of crappy junk
