Crushing it in the Sufferfest

so for all of you who think you're hardcore. Today, Ballstaedt and I spent 5 hours and 45 minutes on our bikes riding 100 miles. hahahaha. so much fun.

Mike's Wedding was a killer for the 90 days

I didn't lose anything this week. I am still at 167.2. What a shame!!! this week I got it though if i haev to noty eat I am going to lse some weight even if it is just a pound. hahaha. I need to do measurements and see what that will do for me.

Steve Week 1: Mashed Potatoes and Peanut Butter

I have only one rule in life: Complete and Total Domination.
Current status:
Chest: significantly smaller than yesterday cause i trimmed.
Waist: 31-32. It varies daily.
Legs: big
Calves: not big enough
Weight: 155lbs

Goals: Legs need to be as big as my waist.

Exercise Goals:
-80 miles/week on the bike
-10-15 miles/week running
-500 pushups and situps/week
-not eat tons of crappy junk
